Laughing at you all Posted Image You are all so entertaining! You are right though Laura, we must defeat Ravenclaws at all costs, not that I am any help. I love Zooey Deschanel(but not in that movie), and  her sister!

My randomness is...

I recently decided if I am ever to get another dog, regardless of its breed it shall be named Sirius. That's not all... 100% of all the U.S.A.'s limes are imported! (insert sharp intake of breath here)

-DH, I always feel disappointed, but I am in general let down by that book. I know, everyone loves it, but I thought it needed more. Was not a satisfying end for me. Please don't hang me. :P

-Ren, let her have Omar's side. :D

-Pottermore... I finished book one and have given up... I want a new account, I don't want to be Ravenclaw, DEM YOU SORTING HAT AND NOT LETTING ME CHOOSE! HARRY POTTER IS A LIAR!

That was all randomish enough.

I got my mom to watch 500 Days of Summer with me, and she agreed with me...Summer Finn (Zooey Deschanel) was a terrible person in the film (something all my male friends thought; but some of the girls who watched the film, including my best mates fiancée did not).

Faith in women restored!

How come the USA doesn't grow limes, that's ridiculous.

And yeah DH is kinda meh, although it would be improved by ripping out the epilogue.

I personally find the epilogue very bitter-sweet. I'm glad that we find out what happened to the trio though. Although I do wish that she had put in a lot more information into it.

The epilogue has grown on me. It was cute in the movie too, the train pulling away with the music from the first movie... made me cry. xD

But the book.... it just felt like a lot of puffing. I felt a bit like that rereading HBP too, it's like she had to write two more books and wasn't really sure what to write them about.

That look of longing and serious sadness that Harry felt seeing his son speeding away from him. Yeah, it got me too. Music was definitely amazing in the last film. Although it was good throughout the films.

The scene where McGonagall awakes the Schools Guardians was powerful. The music especially, very dramatic. I get shivers down my spine just thinking about it...

The music was wonderful, my favorite since the first two I think.

I totally cried when Snape died. This is only the third movie that really made me cry, others were Gone with the Wind and Up. I would have been bawling if I hadn't been in the theater and then if when I had watched it at home I hadn't been busy yelling at my brother and dad for yelling at each other over the Xbox which they were ripping apart. It's hard to be emotional when everything is chaotic.

So yes, Prince's Tale was my favorite and anything with McBadass, I mean McGonagall. :P I liked Neville's speech too, it was different than the book obviously which I also love, but I did like it. :wizard:

You know, I always thought it was amazing casting work to get two different girls who looked like they could be family members, to play the young Lily Evans (from the Pensieve) and Harry's daughter Lily. They're too different actresses and yet, their's some resemblance.

Maybe it's just me? Yes, they obviously look different but they look like they could be related and not just because of their red hair. I mean, Harry-Ginny's daughter looks more like Harry's mother than she looks like Ginny.

They do look alike, you're right.

I'm almost certain I saw Albus Severus in HBP when I watched it last week. It was really bizarre.

In non HP related news, my friends and I watched Paranormal Activity this weekend... now I'm all freaked out (we thought it was going to be about a GHOST, this is what you get for not reading the descriptions!). Although seriously, those dummies were practically too stupid to live. Oh, our house is possessed, let's not do anything! I was sitting there the whole time yelling, "CALL A PRIEST! OR ANY EXORCIST! OR MOVE!"

Lol, I would have preferred something different, but I think I've gotten used to it. I remember being totally disappointed the first time though. It didn't even read like the rest of the books. :/

I just watched it today, and I think you're right.

Anyway, why do some females feel the need to assert that they're in a relationship when talking to a male? I mean, perhaps its all down to miscommunication or I just think very highly of myself but I don't fancy you (the particular female I had been talking to, although this has happened on more than one occasion), don't be so conceited in the thought that you're my dream girl...

As for the epilogue, I wasn't all that chuffed, I don't hate it to b e honest, probably one of the handful who do not. I think the only thing that was a bit odd/awkward was the part when James kicked his brother. It was obviously left out of the movie.

Good question. I have to imagine it's a miscommunication. Or she's just really into having a boyfriend or something.

Yeah, what's with that? If I had kicked my brother when teasing him in such a mean fashion I would have gotten smacked upside the head. At least in public lol.

I loved McGonagall in that movie. I'm still convinced she and Dumbledore had a secret love tryst all these years though. That was what bothered me about Dumbledore being gay, he was supposed to be with her in my messed up brain .

It`s sad when you think about all the tragedy that had struck Hogwarts Professors, Dumbledore had lost himself in a way when he was with Grindelwald, the love of his life, and than his sister because he was blinded by his strong infatuation/love for Gellert; McGonagall was about to marry the muggle boy she was in love with but she knew that would have meant she would have to give up her ambitions as a result; when she did marry a fellow wizard, he ended up dying as a result of being poisoned by a plant. I won't even mention Snape.
