Residence is Cardiff, Wales...downtown. Right in the middle of Muggle Central. The home is an apartment like home above the watch/clock store his father owns. The family has lived there since the store first opened.

Social Class/father’s occupation: middle class merchant, father owns clockmakers and gear shop in town
The Personality
Emotional Disposition: curious and slightly selfish

Positive Characteristics: forgiving, easy going, outgoing and witty
Negative Characteristics: arrogant and slightly spoiled (only son), chauvanistic and smart-alec-y
Conflict and hardship: The closeness in age between he and his oldest sisterm means that the older sibling received the attention (good or bad) and he was often over looked. That was often a boon when he was the one getting his older sister in trouble. She received the punishment when it was his fault. That also meant she got the praise when he was responsible. There's a little bit of resentment between Maddock and Cerridwyn but its all well and good.
Motivation, Passion and Drive: Maddock has been overlooked a little in life and wants to stand out, whether that's with good attention or bad. Neither matters. To be remembered is the important thing.
Motto or catchphrase: Here! *items tossed to someone not paying attention* Think quick.
Overall personality: Maddock is not that different from Cerri, except he smiles a lot more. Maddock is the type to do something improper but blame another for it. He certainly knows how to slip out of punishment, but that doesn't mean he's always up to no good. He can still pull a decent grade from classes while planning his next prank. Having been the only boy in a house full of girls, he understands how things work. First you pull their hair, then laugh and when they cry you appologize quickly before they go to the parents and complain. But on the other side, a friend is a friend. Friends are different than family. Maddock would cut off a troll's head to help his friends.
Diary Entry:
Today. I found a secret tunnel in an old tree. I think tomorrow I'll investigate it, but I have to make sure no one figures out what I'm doing. So I'll have to distract everyone with something elaborate. What? I have no idea yet. But I'll figure it out. I just don't want Cerri to start thinking her invisible friends are hiding gold in there and come with me. Because if there is gold in there, I don't want to share with her. Maybe when Da's working the shop, and Mum's gossipping with her high and mighties. I could get Cerri all involved with Da, she won't pull her nose out of those gears for hours. Tomorrow, the tunnel is all mine.
The Appearance
First Impression: He's a fine young gentleman. He looks the part.
On Second thought..: Indeed, Maddock looks the part of a young gent at the age of 11, but don't spend much time with him as he is sure to blow your first impressions away.
Overall Appearance: Dark blonde hair that will certainly turn darker as he gets older crowns the top of his head in a neat haircut, off the ears and off the collar. Blue eyes set in a pair of very innocent 'looking' sots stare back with a bit of emotion behind them. He's dressed well enough for his age and time period. Nothing beyond his family's means. His shirt is slightly untucked until his mother tells him to attend to his clothing. He's tall for the family, but being 11 years old, he's only around 4'8" in height. He looks a lot like his father did at the same age, he's definitely not the denter of any scandal.

Reputation: Family is known for father's clockmaking precision. The neighbors see them as just another family living over their shop, although they don't talk much to others outside of their circle of friends. To the social circle that the mother belongs to, the family is known for her and the Brales side of the family, old money.
Secrets: Aunt Mathilda's fiance was a squib and caused much turmoil to her sister's reputation.

Student Skills:
School Ethic: Was home taught by a Governess/Nanny before going to Hogwart's. School is just one of those necessities of society, but it will be fun to get to practice out in the open.
Teacher Relation: Maddock isn't sure what to think of his Professors. Sure, sure, they are replacement parents for a year at a time. He is sure to pay attention in class until he realizes his older sister's lies.
Work Ethic and Diligence: books are books, as long as they are still printed they can still be bought and rebought. Maddock might not keep his books in pristine order like other students. Maddock is sure to look like he works hard, identifying which teacher doesn't read all of the assignment and how he can use filler words to make it appear he wrote a full 1000 word essay.
Subjects: Charms might come easy enough for him, since his parents use the spells so often that he atleast is familiar with Incendio, but rest asured his heart will be in Defense Class as soon as he learns what it is. Potions and Herbology are classes he would have to show some effort in but wouldn't exactly like it.
Where don't you want to be: Maddock doesn't have the Hufflepuff gene running through him. He can be a friend but he's not always a good friend.
