Character info:

Appearance: Mortimer Ogren is a short man, his constant temper giving his face a permanently angry look. His short statue and angry complex are distinctly reminiscent of goblins. Rumors that one of his ancestors was a Goblin remain unconfirmed.  Ogrens face proudly displays an abnormally large nose that he sticks into anything that's none of his business.
Core Value: Distrust. Works both ways. He is not to be trusted and trusts nobody.  
Emotional Disposition:  Ogren is harsh, mean and indifferent to anyone lower in rank (students for example) but to those outranking him he's a slimy suck-up, overly polite to his superiors.
Anything Else:  Being a Groundskeeper is probably the safest place for Mortimer to be, if he had any closer interaction with the children he so detests there probably wouldn't be many left. As it is, he has to be frequently reminded that children sent to him for detention are required to return to their dorms in one piece and are not food for the creatures lurking in the Forbidden Forest.
It is unclear why Mortimer would ever take on a job at a school when he so clearly wishes the most painful death on all or any of it's minor inhabitants, unless of course, it is to make sure that does actually happen. He is a member of staff best to be avoided if at all possible if students wish to retain full use of all their limbs.

His awful nature has earned him the nickname "Ogren the Awful" amongst students.
