or permission can enter the house. However, the surrounding area consists of a large forest, a lake and caves. Kyran stays only with his grandfather, Ciaran Roelaine, whom he was named after.

His parents passed away when he was three years old, and he had been living with his grandfather ever since. His grandfather does not have a job, since the wealth left behind by the ancestors were more than enough, hence Ciaran Roelaine spend most of his time with Kyran and exploring the landscapes around the manor.

Others recognized him as out-going and active, however, Kyran is moody and irritated sometimes, it was just that nobody saw it. But usually, he is always thinking and creating fantasies in his head, and observing things around him.

Positive Characteristics:
Kyran is always cautious and careful, thinking twice before doing something. Curious enough, due to his keen observation skills, he is very sensitive towards what others were feeling. He is always contemplating what was the right thing to do, never rushing into things rashly. He is very loyal to what he believes in, and for now, that applies to his Grandfather, his Home, music, and Defense against Dark Arts.
Negative Characteristics:
Kyran can be very cunning, never revealing what he knew without a trade or price. When he wants something, he would go all out to get it, even if underhand means were necessary.
Conflict and hardship:
The Roelaine couple (Kyran's parents), Katrina and Phyllips passed away. But what had caused their death was unknown, since both Kyran and Ciaran refused to reveal anything to the wizarding world. However, Kyran knew the answer to his parents' death and paid the price, he was still traumatized due to the fact that he had caused their death indirectly.
The reason was because a enemy of his father had tried to kill Kyran when he was young, but his parents had died, instead of him, when they were trying to save him. Though Ciaran never blamed Kyran for their deaths, Kyran had been blaming himself since he was old enough to understand what happened.
Motivation, Passion and Drive:
He aims to become an auror to avenge his parents, so as to find out who murdered them, and in doing so, protecting his grandfather.

Overall personality:
In short, Kyran is a very hard person to comprehend. To some, he seemed to have a split-personality, to others, he is hiding another side of him beneath the surface. He could be really nice to you, and yet, if you betray him, he would go all out to hurt you. Those around him feared him, somehow, because Kyran is a boy who is actually more dangerous than he seems, once he found a reason to do so.
Diary Entry:
It was raining heavily today since I woke up. Of course, that hadn't stop Ciaran from dragging me out of the house, and into the forest. When I warned him that he would be the one responsible if we were to get sick from being all drenched and wandering about in the rain, he actually snorted. Usually, he would just scoff. But today, he was being all weird. Since when does the head of house snort?
Okay, ignore what I've just written. That trip turned out to be extremely amusing. Even though he has a secret way of keeping his energy and youth somehow, Ciaran is still my grandfather. So how is it that he was able to run faster than me in our pursue of a cockatrice. Except, I don't even know whether that was a cockatrice. Ciaran claimed that he knew it was one, but for all we know, it was just a poor result of a prank of attaching a rooster and a lizard together? I know that there are some dunderheads out there who are capable of such idiotic feats. Cruel, alright, but extremely dense all the same.
I am aware that Ciaran is trying to appear relaxed and normal. But I could tell that he wants us to have a fun time today, before I set off for Hogwarts tomorrow. It feels strange, that I would be spending most of the year at a place without him. And this continues for seven years! Can you imagine that. That old man is going to act all tough and mighty, but he'd be lonely without me. And I have to say, I would be sharing that sentiment too.
Life without Ciaran, how would it be like? I guess we'd find out soon.
I was really irritated when he mentioned that he'd have to glamour my hair so that it would look like it was short until I graduate. Imagine, seven years with disgusting short hair? Unbearable.
However, it would be worth it, I would work hard, become an auror. And that murderer of my parents would die in my hands. I'll make sure of that.
But for now, perhaps a feast is in order for dinner. I'll bet that Ciaran had the house elves all busy, just to prepare a feast that the two of us can never finish...

The Appearance
First Impression:
It was obvious that he would be a pureblood, that air around him tells people that much. He always wear a smile on his face, giving people a calm and relaxed feeling, thinking that he is nice.
On Second thought..:
Is he really that nice? Think again.
Overall Appearance:
With long sleek hair that gives off an air of mystery and darkness, piercing green that seem to look into your souls, Kyran might be good-looking, but he has a superior and commanding aura that cannot be broken.

Parentage:
Kyran wouldn't have known much about his parents if Ciaran hadn't told him about their stories. They were both potion masters, attracted due to their love in that subject.

Of course, Kyran was the only child, and heir to the family.

Perhaps that would be Morgrante, his father's best friend, who is currently an auror of the France Ministry.
Reputation:
Secrecy was what protects the Roelaine family from the gossips and rumors. Their reputation was carefully built up over centuries, and it would take a to damage it. But before anyone can do so, the family might actually wipe them out.

Core: Dragon Heartstring. ( It means that he is a very strong and stron-willed person, have great magical abilities, he is good at keeping a cool head in difficult situations, and so he is often the one who saves people from all kinds of dangers. People may see him as arrogant.

Specific Questions for Purebloods:
Are there any magical items in your house, how about a house elf? House elves are common in pureblood families, but in Roelaine Manor, portraits of ancestors are numerous, for some strange reasons. Often, Kyran would spend days just talking to a occupant portrait that he happened to find.
How strict were your parents in enforcing no underage magic?
Ciaran was alright with Kyran exploring magic through books and outdoor activities, but he never let his grandson doing spells on a wand, he knew that to do so would be completely illegal and insane, since no wizarding child can control their spells. And by doing so would be seeking for death.
Are there any spells which are used a lot by your parents?
Ciaran just loves to use spells concerning Transfiguration, and often redecorate the house, and much to the Kyran's annoyance, Kyran's looks. It wasn't exactly pleasant to wake up and realizing that his long hair either became a bright green, or worse, short. Those were the strange times when the house elves would watch on as a furious heir chased around the eccentric and oddly childlike head of house.

Of course, Kyran had known that he was magical, and was extremely delighted when he managed to gain revenge for Ciaran turning his eyes into a disgusting orange color by managing to turn his grandfather's robe into a glaring purple with green dots with his accidental magic.
Does your character have any strong feelings (good or bad) about magic or is it just part of their life?
How could Kyran possibly dislike Magic when it makes all impossible things possible?
Student Skills:
School Ethic: Ciaran had told him a lot about Transfigurations, and he had read through his parent's textbooks, hence he anticipates the lessons and looks forward to challenges.
Teacher Relation: One word: Respect. Professors are there to teach them, and hence deserve all means of respect. Kyran would at least give everyone that.
Work Ethic and Diligence: He would most likely work hard, but without anyone noticing.
Subjects: Kyran would definitely work hard for DADA, Charms, Transfiguration and Potions. His parents loved potions and Ciaran loves Transfiguration. Hence, he also shared their interest in the two subjects, along with Charms and DADA. Those subjects would also help him in his pursue of career.
Where don't you want to be:
Gryffindor, both himself and Ciaran had found Ravenclaw and Slytherin to be more suitable.
