Aside from my town being called a disaster area and school being canceled for flooding, my computer caught a virus that hit me hard Tuesday and has progressively gotten worse. I can't even get to my desktop at this point, it's totally locked me and the people fixing my computer (who have been working for the last 7 hours straight) out. I'm way behind on homework now and aside from checking in on my phone, like now, I can't be on to post. I have like 3 substantial essays that have been extended till Monday. Wish me luck, and I'll be back when I can.

My computer is "fixed". As in it was so far gone they wiped it clean and reinstalled the operating system *cries* So much lost... But I'll live.
However, I'm leaving for an 8 hour road trip tomorrow and will be back Sunday, but I have exams Monday and Tuesday this week, so it'll probably be a few days yet till I can post properly. I'll see if I can get some posts from Penvellyn up tonight... I'll try.

HOORAY, welcome back! You've been sorely missed (especially since you're pretty much the only one in Adele's year who still gets on now.) Unfortunately, Sunny doesn't get on anymore :| Which sucks. It's like all at once, you went *poof*, Sunny went *poof*, Aisling went *poof*, a large number of the staff went *POOF*, and a few other RPers who only posted like...twice.

Okay so I spoke with Sunny and she asked me to let you guys know that she's sorry she vanished from the game. Her mother died recently and so she obviously has other things on her mind right now, but she is worried we'll think she's being rude or that we're mad at her. I did tell her that wasn't the case but she wanted to let you know that she's sorry.

I'm not sure if she's going to be coming back or not, but if you guys have something you want to say, I can pass it on if she e-mails me again. Just she generally feels really guilty about vanishing and she's really upset, is there something nice we can do for her to try to help her out some?

I'm seriously sorry to hear about her loss, that's heartbreaking. Sunny shouldn't worry about anyone being angry with her, I'm one hundred percent certain no one could be under any circumstance; she's an awesome person.

To be honest, I don't know what to say to help console a person when having suffered such a huge blow. I wish Sunny all the best, I know that we all do. I hope she finds  strength and solitude in this very difficult trying time.

Would it be inappropriate to include one of the famous HP quotes about death? I'm fond of "The ones we love never truly leave us" from Sirius. I don't think we should make a big thing out of it, like a thread on the board or anything. However perhaps we can pin a note somewhere letting people know to PM Sadie anything they'd like to have passed along to Sunny.

I was thinking of starting a thread just telling people to send on any messages or little graphics they would like me to send. Might be better to just do it all together instead of a million people sending things. I did that on my site when a member's sister died and it seemed work pretty well.
