Sylverster is derived from a Roman name meaning "of the forest" from Latin silva "wood, forest" Lynn is derived from an English surname which was derived from Welsh llyn "lake", and also from Sylverster's father, Synn Kelestral. Their family's anicient name is "Kallistos", which was a late Latin name which was derived from the Greek name Καλλιστος (Kallistos) "most beautiful". Apparently, the name that her parents had chosen for her proved to have affected Sylverster's personalities. She can be very patient and responsible and has a strong influence on others. She is very ard-working, and has the determinance to never give up. Not many knows that she has a strong sense of humour, because she rarely shows it. Since young, she has a special relationship and affinity with magical creatures and can get along with the foulest creatures. Despite the luxurious lifestyles that her family is able to provide, she does not discriminate against anyone, and is able to withstand hardship. When all is in doubt and chaos, she would still be composed and strong, and always reliable. Sylverster is intelligent and loves to read and learn, she loves to write stories, and always ask for help from her parents when she encounter any problems. Being a nature lover, she grew to love listening to the melodies of the world around her, and eventually picked flute and violin as a hobby. Her father and her brother's love for Quidditch influenced her to join in their games and she grew to love Quidditch as well.

Negative Characteristics: Sometimes, she may appears to be rather cold and unfeeling when it comes to things or people who disinterest or displease her. Motivation, Passion and Drive: Sylverster has a strong passion towards Care of Magical Creatures and Defence against Dark Arts, also Dark Arts. She is unique and strong, one of a kind.

Diary Entry:
Dear Diary,
Both Sabrae and I received our letters today. But there is a difference. I had already knew what it contained, it was something that all wizarding children would be anticipating, but I could not force any interest out for the letter. Back then, I could only force a smile on my face while watching Sab reading his letter out loud in excitement. I was happy for him, I really was. But the letters and his happiness only serve as a reminding of the fact that we are going to be leaving our parents, and to a foreign place with foreign people soon.
How can I possibly stand to leave my parents?  Even now, I could not bring myself to imagine life without seeing them everyday, asking them for help. Life without their smiles, without their love, and without their assurances. I am quiet, I am withdrawn to my world. Everyone knows that, and I am fully aware. And Sab has been the opposite, we are like halves to a whole, and I know that I could never feel complete again if he leaves me, which is going to happen soon.
I am sure that Hogwarts would be eye-opening, but I doubt that I would be making any friends.
Friends.
That word even sounds alien and unfamiliar to me.
Am I a freak?
Sabrae and my parents always insist otherwise, but that wasn't always enough for me to believe that it was not so.
Now that I am going to be away from them, I wonder where I might be able to find my solitude...

The Appearance

First Impression: Sylverster is definitely a person who captures you the minute you see her. Her long ebony hair and her gray eyes are a sharp contrast against her pale skin, she's quiet, but she walks with grace that her mother taught her, exuding an air of calm confidence that might be mistaken as haughty.

On Second thought..:
If you look closer, her stance is also wary and cautious, and in a flash, all these signs would disappear, and the only impression you would get is that this girl is mysterious and hard to understand. But when she smiles, everything is livened up and you would find it hard to believe that she is actually a very passionate and lively girl.

Basic Skills:

Can your character:

Read: Yes, she loves to read and learn.
Write: Yes, she writes neatly in cursive, even if she writes in a rush because she writes a lot, especially while weaving stories out of the imagination.
Handle Money: She can count well because her parents had deemed it fit to teach her.

The Family History

Parentage: Her father, Sinclair Kelestral is thirty-one years old, like her mother, and is considered to be one of the most elite wizard in Britain, along with his wife, Seraphina Kelestral (Formerly known as Seraphina Ernesto) They met when they were young and despite being in different schools when they reached eleven, had kept in contact and the strong love had been nurtured and had grown over the seven years that they were apart. They got married at nineteen, with approval from both their families.

Siblings: Sylverster's only friend is her twin brother, Sabrae, who was younger than her by mere minutes, and despite their totally different personalities, they knew each other the best and had got along very well, never without the other.

Other important figures: None

Reputation: Her family does not expose themselves much to the society, so not many knows much about them, hence everyone is always alert when they appear in public. wary of what the family is capable of. Sylverster herself is known to be the silent and rather intimidating heiress of the family, but her reputation does not speak the truth.

Secrets: No one knows of Sylverster's high intelligence. And somehow, Sylverster and her family felt that the answer might be hidden in the Kelestral History, but had yet to find it.

General: None

The Wizard Information:

Wand:12", Holly, Dragon
Holly is a powerful protective wood that good for use against evil, but it also represents dreams and fertility. The dragon's heartstring core makes the wand very effective in hexes and spells.

Pet: Phyrrus, a rare falcon. "Phyrrus" comes from the name "Pyrrhus" from the Greek name Πυρρος (Pyrros) which meant "flame-coloured, red", related to πυρ (pyr) "fire". This was another name of Neoptolemus the son of Achilles. This was also the name of a 3rd-century BC king of Epirus.

Specific Questions for Purebloods:

Are there any magical items in your house, how about a house elf? There are many magical items in the Kelestral Manor, since the family has been powerful and respected. But most of them are kept in the ancestor room and Sinclair's study. They also own 3 house elves, but they treat them fairy, not with any forms of malice and disgust.

How strict were your parents in enforcing no underage magic? Since they are Ministry officials, they usually keep a close eye on Sylverster and Sabrae, and they have no choice but to dish out punishments when the both of them practices spells secretly, and that happens all the time.

Are there any spells which are used a lot by your parents? They use a lot of location spells because Sylverster often wander off into the woods near their manor and they need the spells to find them.

Has you character always known they were magical or did they worry they were a squib? She has known that she was a witch since young because her parents had told her about magic and there was once, when she was three years old, that she had caused a stone to accidentally crash into the manor and shattered several windows.

Does your character have any strong feelings (good or bad) about magic or is it just part of their life? She is passionate about magic and it is an essential part of her life, she can never do without it.

Student Skills:

School Ethic: She thinks that the school's rich history and resources would help her to learn more. Also, she could not possibly avoid interactions with kids of her age forever, and there's got to be more people who are better than those pureblood spoilt-brats that she encounter unwillingly.

Teacher Relation: She would not be intimidated by any teachers, but would pay attention during lessons and make notes, complete tasks competently, and seek help from teachers when needed.

Work Ethic and Diligence: She would be neat and treat her belongings with care. She would do her best while completing assigned tasks and would read more in her free time.

Subjects: She loves Defence against Dark Arts and Care of Magical Creatures, and would work hard in the other subjects.

Where don't you want to be: Nowhere, all the houses are equally promising.

First Year Recap:

Describe your first year in one sentence paragraph:
The first feelings were that of confusion, doubt and anticippation. What followed were thrills, knowledge and friendships. Then came the adventures, the complications, the conflicts. The year ended with questions, satisfaction, reflections and perhaps just a little bit of anticipation has returned...

Fellow Housemates:
-Cerridwyn
-Siobhan
-Cornelia
-Natalya
Friends:
-Ada
-Eileen
-Estella
-Toren
-Iphigeneia
-Cerridwyn
Acquaintances:
-Alistair
-Joseph
-Genevieve
-Artemis
Enemies:
Tony Black

How many points did you earn this year?
203
Diary Entry from this year:
Complications. That's what they are, everything is complicated beyond imagination.

Daily events, essays, assignments and curfews. All these are complications. We, magic and our realm are all complications too.

I thought that being an eleven-year-old would mean that life would make an exception, that it'd be easier, but no such thing happened. Can you believe how immature people can get? Can you believe how immature the older students can get? Well, I can't believe it at first, but now that I've seen it, I do, and so I wish that I haven't seen it in the first place. Fighting over a piece of cake, really! Sarah and Sophia were doing exactly that when we were celebrating their birthday. They are both birthday girls, so they could've shared the cake, but they didn't. They are three years older than me, goodness!

I'm ranting, am I not? But I am annoyed! I woke up today and it felt as though the whole world is upside down, I am having a bad day, really. To think that I was actually late for a lesson frustrates me to no end, and I got five points deducted! Five points!

Calm down, yes, that's what I should do. There, I feel much better. Do you know that I found a really wonderful place. Well, it isn't that wonderful, but it was enough for me. It had daisies, my favorite flowers. And not magical ones, the muggle ones that are perfectly harmless and peaceful. It was a perfect meadow, with sun rays shining through some spaces in between the tree leaves above, it almost seemed magical. Oh wait, it is magical. There were carvings on the tree trunks too!

They were left behind by students who had, like me, stumbled across this little world. Some were very random quotes, others were promises of love (how cheesy) and there were random numbers and spells too. Perhaps I should take more notice of them the next time I go there. It would be my hiding place, my own little world. And perhaps I will get to show my friends my hiding place soon...

Best memory/memories of the year (highlights):
Nearly getting caught by Ogren for staying out late past curfew just a few days upon entering Hogwarts, and making friends with Genie and Ada through the incident. Having an adventure with Toren at Knockturn Alley, finding surprises and thrills. Spending the holidays with Estelle and letting her into my heart.

Worst memory/memories of the year (lowlights)
Nearly getting caught by Ogren and hexing him. First meeting with Tony Black, the most notorious person I've ever met, and I have no intention of forgiving him for his rudeness and atrocity.

Spells & things learned this year:
- Alohamora
- Aparecium
-Avis (Self-taught)
- Curse of the bogies
- Diffindo
- Eat Slugs!
- Incendio
- Levitating
- Lumos
- Nox
- Patrificus Totalus
- Rictusempra
- Scourgify
- Stunning
- Switching spell
- Tarantallegra
- Wingardium Leviosa

How did your character change over the year:

- Physically
Sylverster has grown taller, of course, she has lost most of her baby fats. Her hair has grown longer and more curly, framing her face nicely. She would definitely be needing new robes and clothees for next year. Another visible change is that Sylverster's hair has grown from black to a dark brown, with some traces of lighter brown hairs in the mix. She rather liked the new color, but she missed her previous hair color too.

- Personally
Sylverster has grown more perspective and much more sensitive and careful while befriending others. Not that she's grown wary, it's that she didn't want to offend people during their first meeting just because someone else did that to her. Also, Sylverster was more outgoing and more courageous. She has grown more confident and more open.

- Does he or she view things differently?
Not really, other than becoming more open to most purebloods after realizing that not all of them were as bad as she recalled from previous memories. Oh, she is confused about house qualities, for she was confused about the behaviors of some friends as they were differing from the "qualities" the houses represent.

- Have there been any changes within the family?
Yes, she has gotten closer with her family because of her new friends and experiences in Hogwarts that she told them about. She felt more open and was able to converse and share things easily with her parents and brother, instead of keeping them to herself.

Did Hogwarts meet his or her expectations?
Yes, in fact, it has exceeded her expectations. That is in terms of making new friends. Sylverster hadn't thought that she would be able to befriend many, but she did. Also, she thought that the syllabus for this year was rather fulfilling and she had fun learning the new spells and potions. Also, all the adventures/events that she has experienced this year were added bonuses.

Year Two

What is your character looking forward to next year?
She's definitely looking forward to being one year older than the next batch of firt-years, and to see the new faces. To make new friends, to strengthen the bonds of friendship she has with her current friends and to discover more and learn more. That's it, this girl here just wants more and more of the good stuff, along with some thrill and exhilaration.
