Hello Everyone, thank you for my welcome. I am not exactly new to DMRP, I had a character on here before, you might remember her, Amelia Hexheart? I can no longer play her it seems but I really wanted to get back into RPing here, so a new start! My real name is Emily but yes, Philomena Fernsby is the name I would like for my character.

Yes, I remember Amelia although I will admit that neither Mary nor Joe ever really got to know her. Still, I suppose a return after a period of absence kind-of lends itself to a fresh start

I'm sure someone will be along soon enough to bump you up to 'apprentice' so you can work on your new character. I don't have that power unfortunately.

Unfortunately there is a sorting stop at the moment so you may have to wait until the end of the current school year before the hat looks over your card. The hat may make an exception for a returning member, I don't know. Everything is essentially the same here, except Sadie has dumped the Bloch sisters and now has a new Slytherin student called Dani.

Anyway, welcome back. Pull up your choice of seat and hopefully I'll see you around the forums.

It's good to be back and hopefully this time round I can get to know your characters a bit better then.

And okay then, i'll start planning whilst I wait lol, do you know when the sorting hat will begin sorting again? Like roughly how long will I have to wait? Not that it matters, I can be patient. Ah, unfortunately I never got to know the Bloch sisters well, but I look forward to hopefully getting to know Dani.

As I recall, we banned Amelia rather that deleted her because you were busy, but we wanted to give you the option to come back. There shouldn't be anything preventing is from reinstating that character now That we know you want to play again. Do you want to play her, this character, or both?

Yes, I was just banned due to being busy but I lost the email I registered Amelia with so I had no way of contacting you and letting you know that I wanted to come back. I did attempt and contact the site but I guess there was no way of knowing it was definitely me without said email.

However, if i'm honest, I think I would rather start anew with this character now, it would probably be easier. Really sorry if this causes any problems for you.

Sooo, do you want to have Ms Hexheart back and be able to start RPing right away, or play with your new character and wait for the end of term to be able to join the next year?

Oh whenever lol. We're actually almost to Easter and I for one a ready to move on to next term. Hopefully it wont be more than a few weeks.
