Hi, my name is Rachel. I'm fine with keeping the name I have. I love HP. Slytherin House is my personal favorite. I like the dark side, as long as it isn't too dark. Anyways, hope to have some fun here.

Hello Rachel, welcome to DMRP.
I'm Jon and I play Joe and Mary Wilkins, also Professor d'Ambray.

Now that you have posted in here, an admin should be along shortly to bump you up to 'Apprentice' so you can work on your character card.

You like Slytherin eh? Fair enough, a good Slytherin can be a lot of fun to play but both of my students on here are in Hufflepuff house. On a personal level I have no real preference although some people may try to sway you one way or another for reasons of their own.

The one who decides which house you will end up in is of coruse the hat itself, and it judges where you belong based upon what you put in your card although it does listen to personal preferences too. If you really want to be a Slythie though, the best way is to show plenty of traits in the character card that Salazar himself would be proud of; essentially make the hat's decision for it.
