YES AUSOME! You MUST come!
June 11-15th is looking like the cheapest week, so that's probably when we'll do it. If anyone would like for me to search for plane tickets and what not to get a better idea on prices, I can. When it gets to be time to buy them and we have definite answers from people, we can try to plan them so that we all arrive and leave at the same time so we can take the shuttle together. Unless we want to rent a car, but I don't think we'll need to. As it gets closer, someone (or I) can call the hotel and find out the shuttle schedule.
Also, I forget if I mentioned this in my last post, but we'll need groceries if we aren't planning on eating three meals a day at the parks. Not serious groceries. But like, cereal? Bread? I don't know what you guys all like, we'll have to plan that out. But yeah, we could buy it before we fly in, cereal and stuff can go in suitcases. That way we won't have to rent a car just to go to the store.

June? Aren't kids still in school than?
I know it's different down South (kids go back to school in August, right?) but up north here and in Europe, most are still in school.
As for foodstuff, certain things might not be allowed to be transported. Bringing cheese and vegetables I know is verboten here in Canada. With meat, fish and fruit, it's pretty strict. With the way everyone complains about the TSA, it might be good to check out any limitations or restrictions before entering the country (for us foreigners) and of course not taking any food in your carry-on!

Bread type stuff is fine, but jam to put on it counts as a liquid and has to obey the 100ml rule. As would juice milk etc. As an aside entry to the USA is in the hands of CBP who are generally nicer than the TSA - I've found getting into America to be far easier than getting back out (however immigration at Orlando is rumoured to be hell on earth).

Well I didn't mean we'd all throw meat and stuff on the plane, I meant specifically bread and cereals and food like that. Nothing that can go to waste, no liquids. There'll be a grocery store close to the hotel, I'm sure. And there's more than likely some place like that in the airport.
I just checked, there are restaurants across the street. A liquor store. An ice cream shop. And I think that's a mini golf place I'm looking at... and like a million other hotels. It's like right on Universal Blvd. so I'm assuming it's a straight shot from there to the parks. Enterprise is a ways down the road if we wanna rent a car. Yup, then a little further is Universal.
I don't know when schools in Canada and Europe end, but Mac said the South ends around the first week of June, though when I lived there it was May. And the northern states end the first week of June. Plus, I think the only people who have to worry about school are Tate, Mac, Audrey, and Meghan (if we can persuade her), unless some of you are in school?
P.S., I checked all the other hotels, the second cheapest is the Holiday Inn Express. I think it's just a mile from Universal, $85 a night, so $85 per person for four nights if there's four to a room. It has a shuttle as well, and continental breakfast. But I'm cool with the other one, the only difference is the breakfast buffet. It would mean no groceries.

I suppose I ought to mention my 21er is in Vegas in July and I need to pay for that. Seriously, I have like $200 to spend on Christmas and then my mother is paying all of my rent in January. I love you guys, but to get me and my boyfriend there and back (he wouldn't let me go without him) it would cost pretty much my entire kickback (that's the money for my rent, bills, and food for 3 months). Have fun though!

Meg, I am not giving up on you! (Even though I completely get where you're coming from, and I know it's not likely you can make it, but I have hope!)
Audrey, if Tate goes too, it won't be all strangers! I just told my mom about DMRP last week. It's best that she gets used to me being friends with you all for a few months rather than me say "Yo mom, I'm gonna go to Hogwarts with strangers on the internet" a month before it happens.
