[The Sorting Hat]

Hello Drek Shock,  Welcome to DMRP. You've made it to the Introduction forum where we're very happy to see you! While you are here, please take the time to introduce yourself to your fellow RPers and ask any questions you might want to ask about the rules and the game in general. Deputy Headmaster Professor Denman explained in the welcome pm you received what this forum is, and why you're here, so if you haven't read it yet, please go to your Owleryand check your Owls. Is Drek Shock the name you want to give your character? If not, please post with the full name of the character you wish to play, so we can change your Display Name for you. Once you've familiarized yourself with the forum and your fellow students, and your account has been approved, you'll promote to the rank of Apprentice. This will enable you to post in the out-of-hogwarts areas of the forum such as Diagon Alley and In the Country. Hi, um I need help, I don't really know what to do.

Welcome on board. I am Jon and I play Joe and Mary Wilkins, also Professor d'Ambray.

Now that you have posted in here, and admin will come along soon and upgrade your account from 'Novice' to 'Apprentice'. After that you will be able to work on and post your character card.

In the mean time feel free to have a look around the forum, and the rules which can be found in the "The Rule Book" area at the top of the forum.

When your card has been posted, one of the admins will look it over and if it is accepted they'll sort you into one of the four houses. At which point you will be able to start roleplaying.

Is there anything else that you are uncertain about at this stage? You can ask questions in this thread if you wish, and we will help you out in any way we can.
