As you have posted here and proven your humanity, one of the admins will be along soon enough to bump you up to 'apprentice' so you can post your character card. In the mean time feel free to have a look around the forum and the rules, familiarise yourself with how the place works.

Thanks! I'm sorry, I thought that since historically, that term would be accurate for his social status, it would be okay to use. What should I used instead? Illegitimate son? Foundling? Technically, he and his brother aren't foundlings because they live with their mother... I dunno...

Bastard would probably have been entirely acceptable but in deference to modern tastes let's go with illegitimate. Welcome to DMRP
