This is going to be a second character I'm going to have, the first and original being Alexander Sowerby.

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we don't allow people to have two characters in the same year. You will notice that those of us who have two characters have waited until our first ones are second years or above before we create another and I can clearly see that Alexander is still a first year.

I'm not sure how the admins are going to react, whether they won't approve your new character or wait until Alexander has moved up a year, but I expect someone will be having a word before long.

Well, if that's the case their's no problem placing the character 'on hold' until next year begins. Especially since I haven't yet written up a character biography anyway. Thank you for letting me know however, I appreciate it.

Glad to hear you don't mind waiting. I know there have been a few students that made a second character during a year (last year) and had to wait. It'll give you a lot of time to think about the character and to work on Alexander in the meantime.
Can't wait to meet the new character =)

I think now that the Sorting Stop has been put into effect, that shouldn't be too much of a problem... Ellie is the one to talk to, perhaps send her a PM?
